LOW-CAL CHICKEN PARMESAN | |
4 chicken breast, boneless and skinless 2 c. tomato sauce 1 clove garlic, crushed 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/4 tsp. basil 1/2 c. dry white or rose wine 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms 4 slice Mozzarella cheese Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange chicken in shallow casserole. Mix tomato sauce, garlic, oregano, basil, wine, and mushrooms together. Pour over chicken and bake 45 minutes. Place Mozzarella over each portion and bake another 10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. |
