PEACH CRUMB PIE 
2 1/2 tbsp. tapioca
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
4 c. sliced peaches
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 9" unbaked pie shell

Mix ingredients and let stand for 5 minutes. Spoon into pie shell and sprinkle with topping.

CRUMB TOPPING:

1/3 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 1/2 tbsp. butter, softened

Mix with fork to coarse texture. Sprinkle on pie. Bake at 425 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
