SPINACH-MUSHROOM SALAD 
2 bunches spinach
1 sm. head lettuce
1 purple onion, sliced in rings
3/4 lb. fresh mushrooms, washed
3/4 lb. grated Swiss cheese, sliced
1 c. cottage cheese, drained
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked crisp & crumbled

Tear spinach and lettuce. Toss lightly with onion slices, mushrooms, Swiss cheese, cottage cheese and bacon. Just before serving toss with dressing.

DRESSING:

3/4 tbsp. poppy seed
1/3 c. white vinegar
3/4 c. oil
1/3 c. sugar
3/4 tbsp. grated onion
3/4 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. prepared mustard
