MEXICAN STYLE GOULASH 
1 lb. browned hamburger
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can Ranch style beans
1 can Spanish rice
1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 tbsp. chili powder (optional)

Heat on top of stove. Pour into 9x13 casserole dish. Top with 2 cups of grated cheese. Heat only long enough to melt cheese.
