CRAB MEAT CASSEROLE 
3/4 c. milk, warmed, not boiled
2 c. crab meat, or substitute
3/4 c. fresh bread crumbs
3 hard cooked eggs
3/4 tsp. salt, optional
1/2 tsp. any mustard
Dash pepper
1/2 stick butter (melted in warmed milk)
Top with crushed potato chips

Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
