CHILI DUMPLINGS 
1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can kidney beans
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 pkg. chili seasoning mix

Mix the above in the drained skillet you cooked the meat in. Bring to a boil.

Meanwhile, prepare corn muffin mix according to package directions. Use half the mix to drop "dumplings" on the boiling chili mixture. Make four large dumplings. Cover tightly and simmer for 15 minutes. If you have muffin mix leftover, bake per package directions for use at another time.
