MICROWAVE OVEN-FRIED CHICKEN 
2/3 c. bisquick
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (2 1/2-3 1/2 lb.) broiler-fryer chicken, cut up

Mix baking mix, paprika, salt and pepper; coat chicken. Arrange pieces, skin side up, in a rectangular microwavable dish, 12 x 7 1/2 x 2 inches with thickest parts to outside edges.

Cover with waxed paper and microwave on HIGH 10 minutes; rotate dish 1/2 turn. Microwave until done, 8-12 minutes longer. Serves 6.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
