QUICK STRAWBERRY PIE 
1 single frozen pie crust, cooked
1 1/2 pt. fresh strawberries
1 c. water
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. dry strawberry Jello
3 tbsp. cornstarch
Whipped topping

Bake pie crust as directed on package. Fill with fresh strawberries, slicing if necessary. In a saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick. Add dry Jello; stir until dissolved. Pour over strawberries in pie shell; chill. Cover with whipped topping; garnish with strawberries and serve.
