SUGAR-FREE BRAZILLIAN BROWNIES 
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 9 x 9 x 2 inch pan. In a bowl, beat until thick and lemon colored:

3 eggs

Add:

1/3 c. brown Sugar Twin
3 tbsp. melted butter
2 tsp. instant coffee powder
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift together:

1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Sift flour mixture into Sugar Twin and butter mixture. Add 2 mashed bananas. Whip in a bowl until stiff peaks form:

1/3 c. non-fat dry milk
1/3 c. ice water

Fold whipped mixture into batter. Spread evenly in pan. Bake 25-30 minutes.
