CHEESY, CREAMY LASAGNA 
1/2 pkg. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. cottage cheese
8 oz. sour cream
6 lasagna noodles
2 lbs. ground beef
Onions, mushrooms to your taste
1 jar spaghetti sauce
Mozzarella cheese

Brown beef; add onions, mushrooms, etc. Cook noodles. Combine cream cheese, cottage cheese and sour cream. Set aside. Add spaghetti sauce to beef mixture. Layer in 9x13 pan: 3 noodles; cheese mixture; mozzarella cheese, grated or sliced; meat sauce; 3 noodles; cheese mixture; mozzarella cheese; meat sauce. Top with Parmesan cheese (sprinkle to your taste). Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting or serving. This can be made without meat. Can also be made a day before and then baked just before company comes.
