PASTA ITALIANO BAKE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 minced clove garlic
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano leaves
2 c. cooked noodles, drained
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/2 c. Miracle Whip
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 beaten eggs

Brown meat; drain. Add onion, green pepper and garlic; cook until tender. Stir in tomato paste, water and seasonings. Cover; simmer 15 minutes. Combine noodles and parsley; toss lightly. Combine Miracle Whip, 1/2 cup cheese and eggs; mix well. Layer noodles, salad dressing mixture and meat sauce in a 10"x6" baking dish; top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Serves 6.
