PRALINE COOKIES 
1/4 c. butter
2 tsp. chopped nuts
1/4 c. brown sugar
9 single graham crackers

Combine butter, brown sugar, and nuts in a small saucepan. Beat at simmer until the butter melts. Stir with a wooden spoon. Remove saucepan from burner. Cover broiler pan with tin foil. Tuck extra edges of foil around pan. Arrange the crackers on the pan. Use bread and butter knife to spread mixture to every corner of the cracker. If you fail to do this, your crackers will burn! Place the broiler pan on the top shelf in the oven and broil for 1 MINUTE OR LESS! Praline cookies are done when the praline mixture appears VERY BUBBLY. Be watching and ready with pot holders in hand.
