FROZEN CHICKEN SALAD 
2 c. cooked chicken
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. diced ripe olives
1/4 c. diced pimiento
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. minced onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 c. cream, whipped

Combine chicken with nuts, olives, pimiento, seasonings and mayo. Whip cream until stiff, fold in chicken. Freeze until firm. Serve on pineapple slices or tomato slices.
