JEANNE'S ESCALLOPED PINEAPPLE 
1 c. butter
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
4 c soft bread cubes
1 (#2 1/2) can crushed pineapple
1/4 c. milk

Cream sugar and butter; beat in eggs. Add bread, pineapple, and milk; mix. Place in greased baking dish. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees.
