PEACH DELIGHT 
1 c. flour
1 tsp. sugar
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 pkg. orange jello
3 tbsp. peach or apricot jam
Dash salt
4 lg. fresh sliced peaches
1 pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. sour cream

Combine flour, sugar and butter until pebbly. Pat into 8x8 pan or 10-inch pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool.

Bring sugar, water, cornstarch and salt to boil. Add 1 package orange jello, peach or apricot jam. Place sliced peaches over cooled crust. Pour mixture over and chill.

Combine 1 1/2 cups milk and vanilla pudding; cook until thick. Cool and add sour cream. Spread over top of pie and chill.
