HAM-STUFFED BAKED POTATOES (LIGHT) | |
4 lg. potatoes, baked Little diced onion 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1 tbsp. fresh chopped parsley 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 c. cooked ham, diced 2 tsp. Molly McButter 4 tsp. butter 3 tbsp. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated Pam Cut off the top 1/3 of pre-baked potato. Scoop out bottom 1/2 of shell. Combine potatoes, onion, spices, ham and butter. Mash and mix well. Stuff shells with mixture. Spray Pam in baking pan. Sprinkle potatoes with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly browned. Serves 4. One potato = 283 calories. |
