MUD PIE 
1/2 pkg. crushed Oreo cookies
1 stick melted butter

Pour melted butter over cookies and press in 9"x13" cake pan. Put in freezer.

Soften a half gallon of ice cream (coffee mint bon bon or cookies and cream) (I use mint bon bon). Spread over frozen cookie layer. Put in freezer.

Top with fudge ice cream topping. (I use Mrs. Richardson's.) Put in freezer.

Top with 8 ounces of Cool Whip and slivered almonds. Put in freezer. Set out for about 20 minutes before serving.
