1 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. chopped onions
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Lightly grease pie plate or rectangle pan. Cook and stir ground beef, onions, salt and pepper until brown; drain. Spread on pie plate, sprinkle with cheese. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour over other ingredients in pan. Bake 30 minutes until golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
