PIZZA SAUCE 
1/2 bu. tomatoes
2 green peppers
3 lbs. onions
3 hot peppers
3 pieces garlic

Cook 1 hour and put through strainer. Add: 1 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. salt 8 (6oz.) cans tomato paste 2 tbsp. oregano 2 tbsp. parsley 2 tbsp. basil 6 bay leaves

Cook altogether 1 hour longer and seal or cold pack, as you think.
