BEST BRAN MUFFINS 
1 1/4 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Bran Buds or All Bran
1 1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1/3 c. vegetable oil

Measure bran and milk into bowl. Stir and combine. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes or until cereal is softened. Add egg and oil. Beat well. Add dry ingredients and stir only until combined.

Pour batter into 12 greased muffin pan cups. Bake at 400 degrees about 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
