BROCCOLI BLEU CHEESE - YUM! 
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
10 crushed Ritz crackers
3 oz. cream cheese
2 oz. Bleu cheese
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen, chopped broccoli, cooked and drained

Blend butter, flour, salt, and cheese together. Add milk. Stir over medium heat until mixture boils and gets thicker - just until it starts to boil. Cheese will melt and get smooth. Stir in broccoli. Turn into casserole dish. Top with Ritz crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.
