ALMOND CRACKER | |
3/4 c. sugar 1 stick butter 1 stick margarine 1 1/2 - 2 c. sliced almonds 1 pkg. Club crackers Line jelly roll pan with foil. Place crackers in pan, one of the 3 inner wrapped packages will just fit. Bring sugar, butter and butter to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Pour over crackers and cover with almonds. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Watch close as they brown easy. Cool and break in pieces. |
