14 oz. pkg. caramels (40)
2 tbsp. half and half cream
2 qt. popcorn, salted
1 c. peanuts, salted

Melt caramels and cream for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes on medium setting, stirring several times. Stir in popcorn and nuts. Drop in globs. Cool.
