CAMP CURRY "CON" CHICKEN 
1 chicken, whole or parts, 1 1/2-2 lbs.
1/4 tsp. salt or season to taste
1/2 lg. onion
1/2 box frozen green peas
3-4 shakes basil (optional)
3 lg. potatoes
2 tbsp. curry powder
1/2 clove garlic or 2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Cut chicken into parts. Put in large pot with enough water to cover chicken. Cover and bring to a boil. Dice potatoes and onions; set aside. When chicken boils, add salt, pepper, curry powder, basil, onion and garlic.

When mixture has cooked at least 15-20 minutes, add potatoes. Continue cooking on medium heat for another 15-20 minutes. Add green peas during last 4-5 minutes. Remove from heat. May be served over rice.
