RAISIN-WHEAT MUFFINS | |
2 c. whole wheat flour 2 eggs 1/3 c. yogurt 2/3 c. warm milk 1/3 c. honey 1/3 c. vegetable oil 3/4 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 c. raisins Place eggs in bowl and beat well. Add yogurt and milk. Blend. Add honey, oil, flour, salt, baking soda and raisins. Mix well. Pour in muffin tins and bake at 425 degrees F. for 15 minutes. |
