TATER TOT CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. sliced celery
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can either condensed cream of celery, chicken or mushroom (I prefer mushroom; undiluted)
1/2 to 1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen Tater Tots
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese

In a skillet, cook onion, celery and ground beef over medium heat until meat is no longer pink and vegetables are tender; drain. Stir in salt and pepper. Spoon mixture into a greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish. Spread soup over meat mixture. Top with Tater Tots.

Bake at 400°F for 40 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle with cheese; bake 5 more minutes or until cheese is melted.
