RAMEN SLAW 
Serves 6.

3 c. cabbage, chopped
2 tsp. sesame seeds
4 green onions, sliced
1 pkg. chicken ramen noodles, crumbled dry (reserve seasoning)
1/4 c. water
2 tbsp. oil
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 pkg. seasoning from ramen noodles
1/3 c. slivered almonds, toasted (optional)

Toss together cabbage, onion, sesame seeds and dry ramen noodles. Mix water, oil, sugar, vinegar and ramen seasoning to make dressing. Pour dressing over cabbage mixture; toss. Sprinkle with almonds (optional).

Hint: Air-fried noodles such as Campbell's Ramen Noodles would be lower in fat.
