BEEF AND MUSHROOM CASSEROLE | |
1 1/2 lb. stew meat, cut in bite-size pieces 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 soup can water 1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix Mix all together and bake at 325 degrees for 3 hours in a covered casserole dish. Serve over potatoes or noodles. I have also put this in the crock pot on low for 6-8 hours. |
