MEATBALLS WITH SOUR CREAM SAUCE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 med. onion, finely chopped
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. mixed herbs
1 tsp. paprika

Combine all ingredients and mix well. Form into balls and brown in butter.

SOUR CREAM SAUCE:

1 c. boiling water
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. sour cream

Add bouillon cubes to boiling water and stir until dissolved. Add Worcestershire sauce and boil. Stir in sour cream, pour over meatballs and simmer until sauce is heated.
