1 box lemon cake mix
1 box lemon Jello dry
4 eggs, or 3, more healthful
3/4 c. oil, or 1/2 cup, more healthful
3/4 c. water or 1 cup, more healthful

Mix all together 4 minutes. While warm prick all over with a toothpick about every 1/2 inch.

1 c. confectioners sugar
1/4 c. real lemon

Easy and fast 45 minutes start until eating it! Keeps several days.
