EASY CRANBERRY NUT BREAD 
3/4 c. sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 c. orange juice
1 tbsp. grated orange rind
3 c. biscuit mix
3/4 c. chopped nuts
1 c. chopped cranberries

Combine sugar, egg, orange juice and rind and biscuit mix. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds, batter may be lumpy. Stir in nuts and berries. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 to 60 minutes. Cool.
