CURRIED SHRIMP BALLS 
1 1/3 c. shredded coconut
1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese (room temp.)
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can shrimp, drained and chopped
2 tbsp. minced onion
Dash MSG

(Can use 1/2 - 8 oz. bag of small shrimp.)

Toss coconut with curry powder; spread mixture on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees 5-8 minutes until lightly browned. Cool.

Combine cheese, shrimp, onion and MSG, blend well. Form 50-55 small balls and roll in curried coconut. Chill and serve with crackers.
