GREEN EGGS AND HAM 
4 eggs
2 tbsp. frozen spinach, thawed
1/4 c. milk
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. diced ham

Combine first 3 ingredients in blender. Melt butter in electric frying pan. Add egg mixture, set control on low. Cover and cook until egg is almost firm. Sprinkle ham lengthwise across center of omelet. Using spatula flip one side of omelet over ham. Flip the other side over center also. Slice to serve.
