EASY SOFT PRETZELS | |
1 env. yeast 1 1/2 c. warm water 1 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. sugar 4 c. flour Coarse salt Soften yeast in water and mix all ingredients into it except coarse salt. Roll and twist into any shape (alphabet letters are good.) Lay on greased cookie sheet. Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with coarse salt. Bake at 425 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. |
