WONDERFUL WAFFLES 
2 c. cake flour
3 heaping tsp. baking powder
2 eggs, separated
1 1/4 c. milk
6 tbsp. melted butter

Measure dry ingredients and set aside. Beat egg yolks and add milk. Stir in dry ingredients. Add melted butter and beat well. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour small amount onto hot waffle iron and bake until brown.

To make cake flour remove 1 tablespoon flour from each cup of regular flour and replace with 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and stir together.
