1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 jumbo eggs (3 med.)
1 c. milk

Put 7 x 11 or 9 x 9 inch pan in oven with 3 tablespoons beef or pork drippings at 450 degrees until hot. Combine ingredients; beat until smooth and creamy. Turn into sizzling pan and bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven to 375 degrees until brown, 15-20 minutes. Serve at once with roast. May be cooked in half-full muffin pans.
