CARROT CAKE WITH CREAM CHEESE
FROSTING
 
2 c. unsifted flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. Mazola oil
3 c. grated raw carrots
4 eggs

Combine first 7 ingredients and mix well. Add eggs. Put in 13x9 pan. Bake at 300 degrees, 40-55 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla

Beat together above ingredients. Add 1 pound powdered sugar. Beat well and spread on cake.
