BACON SHRIMP SALAD 
1/2 med. head iceberg or 1 Bibb lettuce
1 bag fresh spinach
1 head Romaine
2 lbs. cooked shrimp, cut in lg. pieces
10 strips bacon, crumbled
1 c. sm. curd cottage cheese

DRESSING:

1 pkg. dry Good Seasons Italian dressing (made according to directions)
Vinegar
Oil
Water

Wash lettuce, spinach and Romaine and tear into bits. Add shrimp and bacon to greens. Combine mix. Add cottage cheese to dressing in jar and shake. Pour dressing over salad and toss gently. Serves 8.
