MEXICAN BEEF AND RICE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
4 tbsp. sliced pitted ripe olives
1 1/2 c. dry minute rice
8 whole green onions, sliced
1 c. water
1 tbsp. chili powder
Tortilla chips

Brown beef with green onions. Add tomato sauce, water, olives and chili powder. Bring to full boil. Stir in rice. Cover, remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips. 4 servings.
