PINEAPPLE FLUFF CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix (preferably Duncan Hines)
4 eggs
1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges with juice
1/2 c. oil

Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix with beaters until oranges go to mush. Bake in 350 degree oven 25-30 minutes or until done in a greased and floured pan (13 x 9 x 2 inches).

TOPPING:

1 lg. container (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding (3 1/2 oz.)
1 lg. (20 oz.) can drained crushed pineapple

Mix together thoroughly. Spread on the cooled cake. Optional: Sprinkle with coconut. Refrigerate.
