MANDARIN ORANGE MOLD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jello
1 c. boiling water
1/2 c. sm. marshmallows
1 sm. can (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. angel flake coconut
1/3 c. sugar
1 can mandarin oranges (11 oz.) drained & chopped
1/2 c. sour cream

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add marshmallows and beat until dissolved. Add pineapple and sugar. Cool. Add sour cream. Beat to mix well. Add coconut and mandarin oranges. Put in greased mold. Chill until set. May put in any dish and spoon out to serve.
