MEXICALI CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1/2 lb. cheese, grated

Brown hamburger. In 13 x 9 inch pan, layer beef, onion, pepper and tortillas and cheese (save some for top).

SAUCE POURED OVER ALL:

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cumin
1 can Rotel tomatoes
Remaining cheese
