Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

6 eggs
1 3/4 c. buttermilk pancake mix
1 c. cottage cheese
12 oz. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 c. oil
1 pkg. breakfast "smokies" cut in 1/2 inch pieces

Beat eggs until frothy. Stir in other ingredients. Bake in greased 9 x 13 inch cake pan for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown. Serve with warm syrup or honey.
