CHEESY SPREAD | |
8 oz. cream cheese, softened 8 oz. mild Cheddar cheese, grated 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, grated 1 sm. jar pimientos, undrained 4 oz. can diced green chilies, undrained With electric mixer, beat cheeses until smooth and creamy. Stir in pimentos and chilies. Chill several hours. Remove from refrigerator before serving to soften slightly. Spread on crackers. |
