1 box yellow cake mix 1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding, prepared 1 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese, blended with 1/2 c. milk 1 lg. & 1 sm. can crushed pineapple, chilled & drained 1 lg. container Cool Whip 1 c. shredded coconut Bake cake according to package directions in 9"x13" pan. Cool. Make pudding according to package directions and blend with thinned cream cheese. Spread over cooled cake. Spread drained, chilled crushed pineapple over pudding mixture. Spread Cool Whip over pineapple and sprinkle coconut over Cool Whip. Refrigerate. |
