1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onions, chopped
2 envelopes taco seasoning
4 oz. green chile, chopped
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1 c. Monterey Jack cheese

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pan 10 x 12 inch. Cook and stir beef and onions until brown. Stir in taco mix. Spread in plate and top with chili. Beat milk, Bisquick, eggs and cheese in blender. Pour into plate and bake 30 minutes.
