NACHOS DIP 
2 lg. can refried beans
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder
1 med. onion
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. can green chilies
3/4 lb. grated cheddar cheese
1/4 lb. grated Monterey Jack
1 (8 oz.) taco sauce
1/2 pt. sour cream
1/2 pt. guacamole
1/4 c. sliced black olives

10 x 15 pan (low sides)

Spread refried beans, sprinkle salt, pepper, garlic powder; add chopped onion, drained ground beef. Spread evenly, undrained green chilies. Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts. Remove and spread in center. Taco sauce, sliced black olives, topped with sour cream and guacamole.

Dip in with nacho chips. Serves a crowd.
