RAVUL REVIEW COCONUT CAKE 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines cake mix
1 pkg. sm. instant pudding vanilla
1 1/3 c. water
4 eggs
1/4 c. oil
2 c. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans

Blend pudding mix, water, oil, eggs into large mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes, fold in coconut and nuts. Pour into three greased and floured 9 inch cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees 35 minutes. Cool in pans 10 minutes remove and cool on rack.

Use Coconut Cream Frosting or Plain Cream Cheese Frosting.

1 box powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1 stick butter

Sprinkle pecans on top if desired.
