CHICKEN CONTINENTAL 
1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, boned & cut into strips
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. oil
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 pkg. (9 oz.) French cut green beans, frozen
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. basil
Dash of pepper
1 1/2 c. (7 oz. box) Minute rice

Saute chicken and garlic in oil for 2-3 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, except rice and bring to a full boil. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Stir in dry rice, cover and simmer over very low heat for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve.
