MOCK OYSTER DIP 
2 pkgs. frozen broccoli
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 stick butter
2 rolls garlic cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Tabasco and red pepper

Saute onion and celery in butter. Melt garlic cheese in top of double boiler with 1 can of cream of mushroom soup. Cook broccoli according to instructions and drain. Combine all ingredients and season with dash of Tabasco and red pepper. Serve from chafing dish with crackers. Keep warm.
